What is ORD-SEA dinner in F ?

First my question for those who have flown the 6:00 pm ORD-SEA flight in F:

What should I expect the dinner service to consist of on this 4 hr 35 min flight ? I'm concerned that the F dinner may have been downsized so much I should eat dinner before boarding (in addition to the in-flight meal).

Some background:

I flew the AM SEA-ORD flight this morning in F; I was expecting something similar to what was served in F when I did this flight in Jan - due to the competition against heavy-hitters United and American on this scheduled 4 hr 2 min. flight, AS was serving a standard F breakfast back then - omelet, sausages, potatoes, bagel or muffin, along with a separate fruit plate.

This morning the entire F breakfast consisted of the "egg slice" (apparently, an egg custard of some sort - no cheese, veggies or any other filling) and a strawberry/2 mini-slices of pineapple all on the same plate -- no meat, potatoes, or breakfast bread at all. The egg thing was OK, albeit bland -- I just kept waiting for the rest of breakfast to arrive ... that egg and meager fruit looked very lonely on that plate !

Anyways, tomorrow I return home on the evening dinner flight - hence my question above. TIA.
