You should consider yourself lucky then.
When I checked in at terminal C yesterday I found a ton of attitude.
There was a problem with my ticket and the agent literally turned her back and walked away from me instead of answering my question and helping. I really felt like I was bothering her by asking for help. The agent pretty much lied to me and refused to answer my questions. The help desk inside the terminal was very helpful and they finally straightened this mess out. This terrible attitude, poor service and outright lies are something I won't soon forget.
