I understand (I think LOL) the P fares for domestic fares in the lower 48... however for post 9/30/05 HNL fares.. Would one still look for A fares for VIP upgrades then??? I'm a tad bit confused as to why HNL is different from 48 lower domestic, other than that AA hasn't transferred over HNL yet as was mentioned above.
