C is indeed nice...but...

Yet I had to make a stop in all 3 terminals today (fix a UA tix for the partner in A, purchase a tix with vouchers on DL in B, and then check in for my CO flight in C)...and everything was great. I encountered friendly people, smiling faces, and overall good customer service. Deb at the DL tix counter waited patiently while figuring out screwy reservation...never waivering in her attitude of "let me help you". Jo in terminal A @ CO's ticket counter had to straighten out a ticket where DL sent me over to CO...she had to go through a few hoops, but was patient, despite other pax waiting in line. And in terminal C...even though I'm Skyteam elite, I was SSSS'd...and the TSA/Security person working the elite line walked me personally through the line to the far left SSSS screening line. All of this, on a rather busy Thursday afternoon.

Not to mention the PC at the T3 checkpoint...beautiful, great staff, and love that Cabot Cheese & The Movie room!

Yes, it was a perfect day to fly...blue skies, relatively few delays (minus my XLD'd DL flight), but I had a great experience at EWR and with CO. I hope everyone else can have one this nice in the future. Sewark? Nah.

Unless they comipletely remodeled "A" terminal in the last couple of months, that place is still a sewer. C is beautiful, the PC is great, the TSA has a foot fetish that comes and goes. The boarding passreaders still grunt in another language and the TSA at "A" is a total joke. If this has improved please let me know!
