Not sure what you mean here, but the flight crew was excellent. Great, attentive service and very friendly. Everyone on board was happy to be there...which I am sure included the crew, who probably had little interest in riding out the storm in their hotel rooms.

Now, I can't speak for what was going on at the gate, since I boarded early. I hope people controlled themselves, but I don't know if there was any hostility happening outside the plane. There were alot of people on the waitlist...that printout stretched across way across the width of the desk with plenty of length left over...I can imagine things might have gotten abit heated, as the airport closed shortly after we took off and the remaining flights were cancelled.

The complaints about the standby list came from some pax sitting around me whose conversations I overheard.

No one, including myself, was hostile or vocal about missing the upgrade.
