There are many restaurant's off Stroget steet also, one I can remember is Peder Oxe, I think it was on Grabrodre torv. Another one I can't think of the name is just east of the Hard rock cafe. Copenhagen Cafe just off the walking strip is excellent and has typical Danish food. I would suggest you also do a search in the flyertalk forums as this question has been raised before with many more replies.
