You are correct. Ralph's policy is only 3 of the same coupon at a time.
However, many of the checkers at my neighborhood Ralph's recognize me and so on occasion I have been able to redeem more than 3 of the same coupon at a time on occasion.
I live in the LAX area, and there are about 8 Ralph's markets within 10 minutes of me, so I guess I could just visit all the stores one after the other, clipping the $1 off coupon from the boxes purchased at one store, and redeeming it at the next?
