I did get to try out 5A for about 2 minutes, and that is an exception, it goes too far back, never thought I would see the day. Showers after the flight are also a very good thing to have.
For most people like you who fly a couple of times per year with maybe only 1 long-haul, J is not worth it. For frequent flyers it is.
