How much would you pay for a J ticket over a Y ticket?

after a trip to LHR, I've come to realize that even when seated in J, it is still very tough to sleep, and if you can get a bulkhead row on a widebody plane, a J seat is not that much better at all. Which leads me to wonder, how much would you pay for a J seat for an 8 or 9 hour flight, if they were being auctioned off at the gate, status has no effect as to who gets the J seat. I don't think that I would pay more than 200 dollars each way for an upgrade, also not waiting in lines at checkin or security (2 J boarding cards was enuf for all 4 of us) was almost as valuable as having a couple of J seats. Once they put PTV's in Y, I'm all set, as long as I get a bulkhead, who needs J? I did get to try out 5A for about 2 minutes, and that is an exception, it goes too far back, never thought I would see the day. Showers after the flight are also a very good thing to have.
