My company is exploring the China market early next year, though I'm not sure where exactly their visit will be. I have been to Taiwan and Hong Kong in my young sailor days and know a modicum of the cultural courtesies and "don'ts", but would like to solicit your input on a broader view of how to behave in China. Our executives (I'm not one) are all from the Midwest of the USA and have absolutely zero experience in Asia. While I did live in the Philippines and Japan for over four years, my knowledge tends toward the more "colorful" aspects of Asian seaports, if you get my drift. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
