...equally straightforward, once this works, to ID the lowest-yield/highest demand pax. Maybe like some of us. You know, we're the guys whose activities on CO.COM set off the red alarms in Mission Control at IAH...red lights flashing, "HOUSTON WE HAVE A PROBLEM!! ILLEGAL RATIO OF EQM/EARNED NONEPASS MILES TO FARE PAID!! ACTION REQUIRED!! CALL LARRY'S HOTLINE NOW!!"

Also, the YM and FM depts must talk with one another. Otherwise how do they learn to lock out our hard-won MR itins e.g. AAA-IAH-FLL-CLE-BBB on low fare classes? Last year this was relatively easy to schedule but now my favored FLL diversion doesn't seem available without heading up the chain by five fare classes. The YM have been watching and learning.

Also, in the last few weeks the YM seem to have discovered and countered (at least partially) a high-yield transAtlantic award redemption strategy. The YM are tough opponents but they're not omnipotent. I'm not going to post the details here, but you can PM me if interested or suspect the same is happening to you. Unless of course you're CO YM
