R is the fare bucket where OnePass/Northwest EUAs, select first class award seats come from, mileage upgrades, as well as BF upgrades come from. As you know, CO's elite program mirrors the EXP level of AAdvantage for its three tiers with the promise of unlimited, complimentary (mostly North American) upgrades. There is no sticker policy in effect á la the Gold and Platinum level of AAdvantage.
