We stayed at the Hyatt Financial Center last night. Overall, we had a nice experience. The check-in was very friendly and the woman mentioned that we had been upgraded to a corner suite, which turned out to be just a large corner room. Somehow, I had always imagined suites to be two rooms. The bed was comfortable but seemed to be 3-4 feet off the ground, which meant that my wife practically needed a ladder--also, the room service carts are not tall enough, so it is impossible to sit on the end of the bed and eat off the room service cart. Room service was reasonably priced and the gentleman who delivered it was friendly.

The bathroom was a little tired looking but fine. The shower rod was curved, which was nice, but they did have the tacky shampoo dispensers on the wall. I felt like I was in a gym.

Overall, we had a nice experience. I would stay here again.
