I enjoyed Café Victor on Ny Řstergade 8...good meal and good service with reasonable prices given the cost of things in Copenhagen. Of course, lunch at Restaurant Ida Davidsen is a must. It's located at Store Kongensade 70. Dinner at Café Ketchup is another good option.
I've heard good things about The Paul and Langelinie Pavillionen, but did not have an opportunity to dine at either one.
