I've already checked qantas and virgin blue websites... they both rum about AU$300.
looking for 9/3 departure and 9/4 return.
Cairns and the reef seems to be packed this time of year so prolly not an option.
Fraser Island is also another option.
AUD$300 is about as cheap as it gets 2 weeks out.
For these prices I suggest you look for Saturday PM flights. Avoid Friday/Sunday afternoons, Monday mornings and all weekday eveinings as these are the most expensive times.
