When I called Maersk's +45 number -- before booking the ticket -- they said it would not be a problem for me to put the ticket on my card even though I would not be travelling with the person. I hope so to. I wont stress you with what I saw happening down in MAD as I would think ServiceAir will at least have their counter open on regular hours. If buying same day at LGW or CPH I would recomend arriving over the 2 hour limit just in case there is a problem. They will mail the ticket if over 10 days out as well.
