Hmmm, I think you are wrong. To take our W class as an example, it earns 100% on SQ KF card, but only 50% on LH M&M card

So, I would be very cautious to only look at the airline you're flying with. In the case above, you would lose 50% of the miles by using your LH card, instead of a KF card.
My concern is that the level on BD is 0%. But the W code has just completly disappeared from their website, its not even under the 0% section.
