GM gets how long to respond to complaints?
I stayed at Wyndham Vinings in Atlanta last week and encountered so many problems in the first 4 hours of my stay that I was compelled to write the GM. So far, a week later, I haven't received any answer, by phone, email, or snail mail. How long do you give the GM to respond? I told him/her in the letter that I would not "keep score" after that first 4 hours, but, it got worse. I was really shocked at the level of product and service I received there.
