I was told the customer showed up with no reservation, but the with same last name as me. As they insisted that they had a reservation, the clerk from "Mensa" told them "the only reservation I have under that name is next month", to which the customer said "well thats mine" so she checked him in under that one and cancelled my reservation as an added bonus.
