Yeah! This is so irritating... people who are clueless and in the way.

Same thing at boarding, really... people cluster around before boarding, but don't walk toward the gate when F/MVP(G) boarding is called... I assume they're just in the way. Usually they are, but sometimes they are just taking their sweet time meandering generally, sort of, vaguely toward the gate - and then my super-polite girlfriend thinks I'm pushy for actually _walking_ toward the gate agent.

Check in at the kiosk, or don't. Get on the plane, or don't. How hard is that?

PS - when I was in college, at the big financial aid office crush at the beginning of each quarter, there were many lines to stand in. And, there was a separate line for "I don't know which line to stand in." Can we build that into the Airport of the Future?
