Yes, if you can accrue miles, you may use miles to upgrade.
Supposedly, there is a link for 'See Complete Fares & Conditions' on the payments page, but it isn't one of the four options there. And none of the four options, as far as I can see, shows the fare code.

Oh well, at least the ability to link to a specific page of the website has at least made re-writing the FAQ easier.
