At LHR you have no lounge entitlement. Since you are flying BMI you are not entitled to access.
Are you on a single through ticket or 2 separate tickets. If on a single ticket you will be fine with the 90 minutes, if you are using 2 tickets then I would recommend contacting QF and checking whether they will check the bags through to your BMI flight ( since they are under no obligation to do so ). Unless you get it confirmed that they will, I would recommend looking at getting a later flight out of LHR since 90mins will be cutting it very fine for arriving at T4, clearing immigration, collecting baggage, taking the HEX to T1 and checking in with BMI.
( If you are taking no baggage , then no issues )
