Hello,

I'll be flying into terminal A on HP with a two hour layover before my outbound BA flight leaves out of D. I looked at the IAH website, and of course it's in BFE compared to A. Can anyone tell me the quickest way to get from D from A? Also, is the Terrace Lounge near the BA departing gate and does it have a smoking section inside?
