I would say Yes... you don't get it. I've been though many scheudle changes and not all of them went smoothly, but when it does go well (i.e. good connection, kept the ugrade ) then I think that deserves kudos, not "well thats they way it should work anyway" attitude. When having to reschedule 100's (if not 1,000's) of folks due to an early switch to an Autumn schedule think "a job well done" when its done smoothly is not out of order.
