Hi. Just following up on this one...

Regrettably, there was a glitch in the system. When a card is canceled, cardholders will NOT lose the Starpoints they accumulated before canceling. Anyone who was affected by this glitch should see the Starpoints back in their account in the next 7-10 business days.
