Yep. If I remember correctly, Lars Lindgren said that the total passenger capacity of the 340s will drop from the current 261 to 245. Since the front cabin will only be reduced by 6-8 seats, I guess that they are removing at least one row of Economy to fit the new seats in. Moving Economy Extra back is, after all, no big deal since there are no galleys or lavatories around it.
