NW did nothing but uphold the contract of carriage, and give your wife the seating perk to which she's entitled. This was completely by the book.
I disagree -- a bit -- they treated her professionally and you can't ask for anything more -- or less.
Bottom line -- this story has a happy -- or depending on your perspective -- normal ending.
