Nope, it's not unnecessarily nasty. It's a roughly appropriate level of brusqueness in response to a poster who didn't take the trouble to read the good information from previous contributors. It's also a pretty standard response on Flyertalk for anyone who posts a petulant "If I don't get XYZ, I'm taking my business elsewhere."

Unimatrix One, your reply previous to my post was probably one of the most passionate and heated comment, in which you assumed incorrect facts, in a manner that had the trademark characteristics of a partisan airline-basher with their ears (or eyes, in this case) closed that I have read recently. If you had only taken the trouble of reading a few of the posts rather than jumping in to bash ANA with wrong facts, no-one would have said anything.
