My wife (SE) is travelling DTW-PDX next week on an award tkt using her miles. Her non-stop was changed to a late-arriving connection when NW changed early to the fall schedule in the last few days.

Th elite line changed her to a much more convenient connection at my request today, charged no fee, and gave her the last exit row seat.

A nice gesture during this trying week for NW.
