Folks,

I just checked into the Crowne Plaza Minneapolis Egan, upon checking in, I asked what room I had or have been upgraded as a PLT, they said queen room, I ask if they have any better room, the clerk goes and checks with the managers and just hands me the keys, I go to the room, and its the same room, So I go front desk, and ask to speak with the manager, and politely hand over the passport of privilege coupon, upon that he says the standards BS... then types and hands me the keys to executive room (not much of difference) but this time he gives me FIRM mattress,

I have reservations for this very hotel for next 3 weekends in the row.. WHY... WHY do they do this???? I didn't bother to go down again..... I called PC PLT line to change the reservation for the next 2 weekends to another CP... but they can't do it, what a bunch a crap

I have now just given up on this IC thing ... and going to spend my money of SPG ...
