In my experience, with the exception of the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, I fares to Europe are cheaper in the summer than in the winter. Last year, I saw East Coast - LHR $1100 at Thanksgiving and $1700 at Christmas. Where are you flying? $750 sounds a bit steep for coach in February, but it is likely that the cheap winter coach fares are not out yet in all markets.
