Do Nested Ticket Rules Apply on Full Fare?

Here's my dilemma part of which was in a previous post without much success. I want to fly YYZ to both SDQ and MGA. I tried a multi-city fare and 2 legs are restricted, JH26 and IRNR, and the rule say the restrictions apply to the whole itinerary. I don't want the restrictions on the paid J part.

So what I tried was a YYZ - MIA - MGA - YYZ fare with a stopover in MIA for 4 days - 12/24 to 12/28.

Then a new reservation - MIA- SDQ - MIA returning in time to take the MIA - MGA part of the first ticket.

The cost of both is more than the one with the entire itinerary but the YYZ - MIA - MGA part is all JCC and thus can be changed without fees etc., and the 2nd itinerary is still JH26 and IRNR with some restrictions and that is OK for the little round trip.

But what I have is a MIA-SDQ round trip inside the first trip but with the benefit of no restrictions on the one, the same on the other and AA gets a few more $. AA.com won't price MIA-SDQ in full fare J at all.

Would this be looked at as a nested ticket or not?
