I used my miles and booked my grandfather and his
companion2 first class tickets from Albany to Honolulu
on NW(with 2 connections) This is for the middle of next
week.

Since the NW mechanics are on strike, he's not willing to
fly because of concerns for unsafe planes. He was a
cruise ship safety officer for 23 years before retiring several
years ago.

Is there anyway for me to cancel the trip and get the miles
back into my account WITHOUT any fees/penalty? If not,
how about changing the names on the tickets so my gf and
I can go? (since the miles came from acct originally)
