Wow....you might be finally getting it...NWA's costs are out of line, NWA is trying to get them inline but reducing ALL costs, MOST costs have been reduced SIGNIFICANTLY except for several unionized payroll costs, those unionized associates refuse to assist with reducing costs....management is left with 2 choices, give in and go out of business or fight for survival....it's a simple choice
BTW: Again I didn't see the unions begging NWA to reduce/bring their pay in line years ago when it could/should have happened, did you? And unfortunately that management team is now gone, so the current management team is trying their best to correct the issue
