I checked departures for airports into and out of DFW and didn't see anything. I have to find my RGG code for all departures and see if I can find it.
As far as I learned with just looking up the departures and arrivals to/from MIA/LGA/LAX/SFO/ORD/BOD/JFK, I didn't see any 200's.
