UA is the worst? Give me a break!! I called UAL res today, got a smile at the end of the line.. I couldn't get a ticket down to bay area because they were all sold out. I called Kakaska and to my surprise the phone got picked up in an instant.
Usually those are the people who put you on hold for 20 hrs..

I would like to find out who is the original poster is putting 200K miles out of SMF; because UA has the best way of connecting to anywhere in the world out of that airport. You can always try IAD and DEN as an alternative to ORD..
You will always get E+ if you are flying that much..
You will get Ch.9
You will get decent meals..

but then again, there is always Greyhound with wings..
