Not for me. Even though I faxed in my Samsonite invoice last week, approximately 10 days ago, and they promised to post my points (which would be the "third" credit and trigger the 2400 bonus points), nothing has posted, and once again it looks like I'm going to have to chase points due to this program's worthless followthrough.

This is getting tedious.
