Last time I was in a 757, it looked like the ports were there at one point, but they were covered up. That just sucks that UA would use a plane like that for a long haul and NOT have power on it. I'd much rather not have it on a short haul 737 or 319 than a 757 transcon.
That's good, because you'll never see it on a 737 or 319. (At least any time in the near future.)
I think people's 5% estimate for the 757 fleet is low. For 757OW it may be correct, but for normal, non-PS, non-OW 757's I seem to be at about 50-75% at least.
