For casual dining, I recommend the Rendezvous Bistro. It's in an old Denny's and located in the parking lot of a Motel 6, but it is an upscale bistro that draws a good mix of locals and visitors. A few years ago when Departures magazine did a piece on Jackson, they left the Bistro out of the restaurant listings. Several people wrote in to mention that it was probably the most enjoyable restuarant in town! If you will be staying in town, you should also check out Jedediah's for breakfast and the Sweetwater Deli for lunch or dinner. Neither are fancy but the food is good and they are both located in historic homes.

For fine dining, check out Snake River Grill in town (on the square) and Stiegler's at the Racquet Club. Several reviews on Flyertalk have also mentioned the restaurant at the Amangani as being a favorite, although I have never really cared for it. GameFish at the Snake River Hotel in Teton Village is also good.

For apres ski, be sure to check out the Mangy Moose at Teton Village. It's a classic. The two bars at the Four Seasons Hotel are also good for apres ski drinks and snacks. The lobby bar tends to be more populated by hotel guests while the other bar draws a younger crowd off the slopes.
