THIS HOTEL HAS A SMALL BREAKFAST AREA AND I SAW HER WITH MY TWO EYES GRAB MUFFINS AND PLACE THEM ON A PLATE AND BRING THEM OUT FOR SERVICE.
SHE WAS HOLDING HIM RIGHT NEAR A FRUIT BOWL

Was the breakfast hostess actually holding/handling in the actual breakfast area near the food or tables?
Did you see here handle the dog, then handle food/food prep items/utensils/without washing her hands?
