I know that they have plans to do so, but I have no idea when. With AA moving their ticket counter, now would be the perfect opportunity for AS to begin construction. They are pretty short staffed in SEA anyway, so it is not like they need all of the space... well, they do, but they aren't using it.
How do those folks from ANC like it? Any improvements to suggest?
i love the setup in ANC. and as long as it staffed properly, it is a very smooth operation. i never have had to wait for a kiosk, and have had very little of a wait to check my baggage. i was in ANC last month with some friends who had never been there and they commented on how smart and smooth the set up was.
