- Passengers under the age of 12 who are travelling alone (unaccompanied minors)
- Passengers under the age of 17 who are travelling with passengers under the age of 17

- Passengers travelling in a group of 10 or more
I don't see any exclusion based on FFP and how you booked. The OLCI page only asks for the name of the passenger, the booking reference and SQ flight details.
Perhaps you could check with the UK SQ reservations, just to make sure, before making the booking?
