EQM's to or not to be on Domestic "O" fares

Your link is the one that I referred to when I stated "the one with the chart" that an O fare does accrue miles (EQM's) however if you (sorry don't know how to post a link) however in the General AA Member guide on page 5 it states (by ommission) the following:

1. G,N,S, and Q (except transatlantic) and never mentions the "O" fare in any of the fare categories, and

2. the AAdvantage T&C's (under Earning AAdvantage Miles, last bullet) state: Certain airline tickets are not eligible for earning mileage credit. These include without limitation, the following: awards, companion, charter, tvl agency, industry, infant, items occupying a purchased seat, unpublished fare tickets, including consoloidator fares (AA tickets booked in O class or transatlantic tickets booked in Q class) and tickets subject to special provisions.

To me these are quite conflicting statements as the chart you refer to states that You get miles for domestic "O" fares and the two things that I refer to would lead me to indicate that domestic fares do not qualify for EQM's.
