OK, then, if you were flying on BA on a First fare in excess of GBP 7,000 from LHR to SYD and you were made to check in at the WT check in with a 90 minute wait, were told you can only check in 23 kgs as hold baggage, were offered no fast-track through immigration or lounge access, no priority boarding, were stopped because your cabin baggage was more than 5 kgs, were given a broken seat that did not recline, offered no food or drink or IFE, BA would have satisfied their legal requirement and were under no obligation to offer you any compensation?
