I believe airlines can change the fares on their own website at an time.

However, they upload fares to that "great computer in the sky" that eveyone else (expedia, travelocity, etc.) updates from, 3 times a day weekdays, twice on Sat and I beleive once on Sunday. Somewhere at home I have a book that lists the specific times.
Perhaps someone else can provide them?
