Hi,

I bought a really cheap (non-refundable) ticket with US LGA-BUF-LGA and later changed my schedule so that I will only be able to take the return flight. As I will by in NYC anyway at the time the first segment is due, my first idea was to go to LGA, check-in and watch the plane leave in order to still get the miles.
I have done this before, just never in the US and not after 9/11. So my question is whether this could/will create any problems.
