ET - exit row window seat. I'd rather have the added seat pitch over the wider CE-style seat at the front.
CE - 02A. Never a bulkhead (unless it's a 737-500 or -300). Always an A seat.
WT - aisle seat on the left. In the 'mini cabin' on the 744 if possible.
WT+ - single seat or any window seat on the left.
CW - not travelled in it but I'd probably go for an upper deck window.
F - 01A or 02A. Though I'd take any seat in F!

Edit: on the 767, always an A seat. I can't stand seats in the middle section - no windows.
