Thanks for the concern, but the hotel choice isn't up for debate.
My sense is that the meetings are all over the Tokyo area. I have no specific about the locations (nor do I really want them). If I was making this trip on my own, I'd be more concerned, but since the team includes four others, and I used to work for the guy now running our Tokyo office (and we have a solid relationship), I'm confident that he isn't putting us up in a hotel that's going to be terribly inconvenient.
