I'd be grateful for any restaurant recommendations for a dinner I'm hosting in Amsterdam next month. It will be for a client and we'll be 4 people. Looking for nothing too formal but with great food, central location and perhaps somewhere trendy(ish).

Using London as a comparable, I would have opted for Zuma, Hakkasan or Providores.
