A nice gesture, 4 RTs to Russia (or as it happens several Y to J upgrades on CX RTW for the family). I was a bit surprised then to see another email just now telling me that I was getting some miles, just a repeat of the previous one I assumed (in case I didn't appreciate their generosity the first time round?) but no, they've given me another 30,000. I don't know why, the same reasons are cited. Perhaps they know something I don't about my flight to Moscow this weekend? Any advance on 130,000?
When you say lack of service, you mean it didn't fly, or there was nothing on board to eat/drink?
